To be eligible to participate in the Captured Moments Community you will need to complete an initial survey that details your general personalized product creation behavior and answer a few demographic questions to help us classify your answers. Once this survey has been completed you will become eligible to participate. You will find the link to the registration survey on the home page of the website. Periodically, when our registration is closed, all links to join will be removed.

If you forget your password, you can click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the Log In page. You will be asked to enter your email address to request a new password.
For each survey, you will receive an invitation by email to participate. The community research will be conducted online. All you need to do is click on the survey link in the email or copy and paste the Website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link will also appear on the community website under the “Surveys” page.
Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify surveys that look like a match based on your profile, but our sponsoring clients may include criteria which is not part of our membership information. In these cases, the only way to know if you qualify will be to ask you up front in the survey. In cases when you do not fit the criteria, we will try and notify you quickly and release you from completing any more of that survey.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per month. There will also be new Quick Polls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion boards for you to participate in.
You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and polls as you like; and up to five (5) discussion boards per month.
On average, our surveys are approximately 5-10 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 10 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary, and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to support@capturedmomentscommunity.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
As a member of the Captured Moments Community, you are eligible to earn sweepstake entries for completing surveys, polls, and posting valid commentary in a discussion thread. Once a month, we publish winners’ names on the website, and contact the members via email to provide them their reward. Further details about our sweepstake drawings can be found on the Sweepstakes Rules page.
We offer Reward Link rewards, simply because it offers the greatest flexibility, allowing winners to select the merchant redemption of their choice. Merchants such as Amazon.com, Starbucks, iTunes, are some of the 80+ merchants and services included with Reward Links.
